風力發電機組常常設置在空曠區域,又長時間運轉之下,葉片表面常常會有些髒污,使得葉片遭雷擊的機率增加;雖然葉片內部有設置雷擊接收器及引導體,但如果這些裝置因受潮或膠合失效導致引導路徑變化,則葉片遭雷擊時可能使葉片或機組損壞。
局部表面磨蝕主要是由空氣中的顆粒與葉片碰撞造成,空氣中的顆粒會使葉片表面變得不平整,或甚至鑲嵌進葉片表面的材料,就可能形成細微裂縫,這些裂縫如果沒及早發現,可能會進一步增大,最後有機會使葉片轉動時產生風阻、運轉噪音或增加雷擊的機率。因此若可以在受傷前期得知葉片的損壞程度並加以修復,就可以延緩風力機的壽命。
我們使用繩索技術以安全有效率的方式到達風機葉片外部進行檢測及維護,相較大型吊具更為經濟與便利。

Wind turbines are often installed in open areas and operate for a long time, the surface of the blades is often dirty, which increases the chance of the blades being struck by lightning. Although the blades are equipped with internal lightning receivers and conductors, if these devices change their guide path due to moisture or glue failure, the blades or the turbine may be damaged when the blades are struck by lightning.
Localized surface abrasion is mainly caused by airborne particles colliding with the blade. Airborne particles can make the blade surface uneven, or even inlay the material into the blade surface, which may form small cracks. Therefore, if the extent of damage to the blade is known and repaired before it is injured, the life of the wind turbine can be delayed.
We use rope technology to access the outside of the fan blades for inspection and maintenance safely and efficiently, which is more economical and convenient than large spreaders.
