國際證照-IRATA課程退費辦法如下所示：
- 課程執行日30 天以前（含第30 天），扣除銀行手續費本公司全額退費處理。
- 課程執行日20 天前至29 天內（含第20 及29 天），退費70％！
- 課程執行日10 天前至19 天內（含第10 及19 天），退費50％！
- 課程執行日9 天內（含第9 天），無法退費，敬請見諒！
台灣證照-CRAA課程退費辦法如下所示：
- 課程執行日30 天以前（含第30 天），扣除銀行手續費本公司全額退費處理。
- 課程執行日20 天前至29 天內（含第20 及29 天），退費90％！
- 課程執行日10 天前至19 天內（含第10 及19 天），退費80％！
- 課程執行日9 天內（含第9 天），退費50%！
- 課程執行日無法退費。
- 若因個人因素於開課前10天告知該梯次無法參加，已繳費用可保留一年內改參加別梯次課程。
The IRATA course refund policy is as follows:
Prior to 30 days (including the 30th day) of the course execution date, we will provide a full refund of the course fee after deducting the bank handling fee.
From 20 days before to 29 days after the course execution date (including the 20th and 29th day), 70% of the course fee will be refunded!
From 10 days before to 19 days after the course date (including the 10th and 19th day), 50% of the course fee will be refunded!
Please note that no refund can be made within 9 days (including the 9th day) of the course execution date!
The CRAA course refund policy is as follows:
Prior to 30 days (including the 30th day) of the course execution date, we will provide a full refund of the course fee after deducting the bank handling fee.
From 20 days before to 29 days after the course execution date (including the 20th and 29th day), 90% of the course fee will be refunded!
From 10 days before to 19 days after the course date (including the 10th and 19th day), 80% of the course fee will be refunded!
Within 9 days of the course date (including the 9th day), 50% of the course fee will be refunded!
No refunds can be made on the day of the course.
If you inform us 10 days prior to the course start date that you are unable to attend the course due to personal reasons, you can keep the paid fees for one year and change to another course.
(Applicable only to the Chunghwa Rope Access Association Course, and limited to one change of class).
