因次課程退費均依下列退費辦法辦理，無法接受臨時有事而要求退費的狀況，敬請見諒。

國際證照-IRATA課程退費辦法如下所示：
- 課程執行日30 天以前（含第30 天），扣除行政費200元後，其餘全數退費處理。
- 課程執行日20 天前至29 天內（含第20 及29 天），退費70％！
- 課程執行日10 天前至19 天內（含第10 及19 天），退費50％！
- 課程執行日9 天內（含第9 天），無法退費，敬請見諒！
台灣證照-CRAA課程退費辦法如下所示：
- 課程執行日30 天以前（含第30 天），扣除行政費200元後，其餘全數退費處理。
- 課程執行日20 天前至29 天內（含第20 及29 天），退費90％！
- 課程執行日10 天前至19 天內（含第10 及19 天），退費80％！
- 課程執行日9 天內（含第9 天），退費50%！
- 課程執行日無法退費。
- 若因個人因素於開課前10天告知該梯次無法參加，已繳費用可保留一年內改參加別梯次課程。
PPE裝備檢查員培訓 退費辦法如下所示：

Regarding Refunds
Due to limited enrollment capacity, once you have registered and secured a place, other applicants may be unable to enroll once the class is full.
Therefore, all refunds will be processed strictly in accordance with the following refund policy. Requests for refunds due to personal last‑minute circumstances cannot be accepted.
Refund disbursement date: Refunds will be issued on the 10th day of the month following the date of application.

Taiwan Certification – CRAA Course Refund Policy

Special provision: If you notify us at least 10 days prior to the course execution date that you cannot attend, the paid fee may be retained and applied to another session within one year. This option is limited to one rescheduling and applies only to CRAA certification courses. No refund will be available after rescheduling.
