Due to the increasing awareness of human rights around the world, in order for the Training Center to protect your rights and interests, we ask for your permission of taking pictures and upload them to a social networking site for downloading.

This agreement is written to represent that both parties are willing to accept all following terms and conditions:
I. The subject (You) agrees to authorize the Company (Us) to use his/her portrait (including photographs and motion pictures, hereinafter referred to as portrait) in a non-exclusive, royalty-free manner to authorize the Company in the following actions:

The Company may upload the photos and videos to social media for the subject to download. This way of presenting the authorized content in whole or in parts may publicly be published, following the rights and interests of the copyright owner under the Copyright Law, and may be done without further notification or consent of the subject. However, it must be published with respect for the subject's personal image, and must not be published in inappropriate channels(e.g., pornographic books or websites, dating websites, or posting websites that violate social customs, etc.). In case of such eventuality, the subject may terminate the Company's use of his/her portraits immediately if such situation occurs, and require the Company to compensate for the losses of the subject's personal image.
Both parties agree to use the authorized portrait solely for displaying and promoting the services of both parties. The Company also retains the copyright of visual design and the right to use it in the shooting, activities and public matters of the design-related cooperative units (such as makeup, clothing, architectual design, advertising, publicity, and agency, etc.) for the mutual benefit of both parties.
If the subject provides creative backup to the Company, the Company shall respect the subject's creative rights when using, and state the original creator's information when publishing. Not infringe on the intellectual property rights(e.g., letting the viewers mistake it for someone else's work).

II. The Company shall keep the subject's non-personal publicity information (e.g., phone, address, ID number, etc.) confidential, and shall not, without the subject's consent, be disclosed to the third parties, members of participating websites, volunteer staff, and the Company's non-official employees.
III. The subject shall keep the Company's shooting content, shooting mode, plan content and operation process confidential and shall not be disclosed without the Company's consent. For commercial needs , the Company may request the subject not to publish the specified photos publicly in albums or blogs.
Ⅳ. All disputes arising from this agreement, shall both parties agree to resolve in accordance with the laws and business practices of Taiwan; if there is needed for litigation, the signatory agrees to take the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the first court of competent jurisdiction.
V. Once confirmed, it will take effect immediately and indicate the consent of both parties to the contents of the agreement.(If you do not agree, the training center will not upload your photo to use.)
